Download everything in your workspace, and what happens if the Wall shuts down.
Export
Under Configure → Export, an owner downloads one JSON file with the workspace, its tools and prices, customers, every licence (key hash and prefix, status, dates, the Stripe payment behind it), devices, subscriptions, trials and grants, API key names, and the workspace's signing keys, public and private.
If the Wall shuts down
- Every workspace owner receives ninety days' notice by email before anything stops.
- Payments, subscriptions, refunds and disputes are on your Stripe account and continue there. Subscriptions keep billing until cancelled.
- The export stays available for the whole notice period. Licence keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes; a server of your own can verify the keys buyers hold by hashing them the same way.
- The export includes your private signing key. Tokens you sign with it verify in every installed extension, which trusts the public key in its tool key. Nothing installed needs updating to move to your own server.
- Your buyers' data is not sold or transferred, and is deleted at the end of the notice period.
