Notifications
Emails to workspace members about sales, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and the week.
The Wall emails members of a workspace when money or access changes hands. Each member chooses their own under Configure → Notifications, per workspace.
| Notification | When |
|---|---|
| Sale | A licence bought or a subscription started: tool, plan, amount, buyer, and a link to their page. |
| Refund | A payment refunded: in full, with the licence revoked; in part, with the licence kept. |
| Cancellation | A subscription set to end, or ended. |
| Dispute | A chargeback opened (with the response deadline), won, or lost. |
| Weekly summary | Every Monday: gross and net volume, purchases, subscriptions and installs against the week before, and the best-selling tool. Not sent for a week with nothing in it. |
The same fact reported from two places produces one email.
