Members
Invite people to a workspace as owner, admin or support.
A workspace can have several members: 3 on the Hobby plan, 10 on Pro. Under Configure → Members, an owner or admin invites someone by email with one of three roles.

A workspace always keeps at least one owner. You cannot change your own role.
Invitations
Invite takes an address and a role. The person receives an email with one link, valid for a week; Resend issues a fresh week, Revoke closes it. An address already in the workspace cannot be invited again. An invitation not yet answered counts toward the plan's members; one beyond them is refused. See Plans.
A workspace sends 20 invitations a day, and you send 40 across your workspaces. A revoked invitation still counts. One more is refused until the day is over. See Limits.
The link asks the person to sign in with the invited address, then shows who invited them and as what, with one button. No account or access exists until they accept. An invitation to another spelling of an account's Gmail address, with or without dots, is sent to that account.
Changing and removing
A member's role is a select on their row. Remove takes effect at their next page load. Neither undoes anything they did.
Membership is per side: invite a person on each Wall you want them in. See Test and Live.
Your account
Your account, in the account menu at the top right, is yours rather than the workspace's:

On Test your account is your Live account: change it on Live, and Test takes your name and picture at your next sign-in there.
